Since the world has gone into lockdown due to COVID-19, and gatherings have largely been banned, Intermarium has understandably not been busy with party favours. Instead, we've joined the global movement to re-tool our 3D printer and produce PPE face shields for front-line healthcare workers. So far, we've donated dozens of shields to local hospitals in need.

By reducing the width of the 3D printed headband, we not only made the design more efficient to print (in terms of speed and how many we could fit on the printer bed at once), but also made the shields more comfortable for the people who would have to wear them all day.
